This rating is for 1st floor short term stay only. Communication is excellent, has done more fruitful rehab than anywhere we've been. First floor only is updated. Attentive friendly staff. Bike trail a block away if you want to take your loved one out. Very secure facility. Highly recommend.

I love working at Aria. The scheduler is so wonderful. she is so helpful and easy to work with. She doesn’t hesitate to to come in and help us when needed. We can always depend on her to have the building staffed even when people call off. She makes Aria fun to work at.

I toured Aria upon the recommendation of the nurse liaison, Beckie. She was also very knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage and anticipated length of rehab stays. I found Aria to be updated, clean, and the staff was welcoming. I was very impressed by the rehab room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my loved one.

WARNING! DO NOT WORK HERE! DO NOT RESIDE HERE! If you come in here with a diligent work ethic, you are hated immediately. Workers are constantly complaining, teamwork is non-existent, and managers do not coach - they throw you under the bus first opportunity they get and lie repeatedly. I feel very bad for all the residents. They are not receiving the care they need. They are abused constantly. Staff are coerced and intimated by management to send complaints to them (instead of State and Federal regulators) so they can be thrown out. Turnover is incredibly high. Training does not exist. The Corporation owns 1 building in the State of Michigan and neglects this facility. This place needs to be shut down because it is a safety violation.

I visited my friend who works at Aria for the first time. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The residents looked happy. Met some nice people.

My wife spent a little more than 2 weeks at Aria. She received very good care and was attended well too. The therapists were very helpful and instructive and worked with her to help her become more independent. I definitely would recommend them to someone requiring rehabilitation services.

Aria's willingness to take on new challenges and think creatively are just one of the many reasons Aria makes a great team to be on. The DON and administrator provide valuable guidance and support to their team making them great people to work for!

Care my dad is receiving was adequate at first for his rehab but has begun to decline to the point of neglect on the overnight shift on the weekend. Call lights ignored and calls for help ignored and left in feces for hours is unacceptable. Getting him out asap!
